Well the Silverstone seems to be at least 2x cheaper than the Fractal's! That's a good starting point if you want to use the extra budget to buy better fans, etc...
I like the sound dampening and dust filtering features on the Fractal. Overall build quality is superior as well I think. It's a different category!
If I could do it again I would choose the variant without tempered glass and double silent side panels. Eventually I broke the tempered glass when upgrading a component. Hopefully they provide spare parts (online shop from germany) and I could order a replacement glass.

I'd suggest the Fractal Design Define Mini C.
Fractal design mini c is the one I can think of. It's a micro atx case. About 16 x 16 x 8. Fits 2x 240mm rads (I was kinda surprised). I'm sure there must be others also. The smaller full ATX cases are probably going to be 18-20 x 18-20 x 8-10 (just a guess from cases I've owned).
