Ok, so I've done a little digging, and it seems you need UEFI to run that video card. If you get something like this ATI Radeon card, it should work.

Heres what I found, apparently its slightly better than the 6670 which is slightly better than the 6570 I was using.

As long as you dont expect this to run Crysis 3 or fallout 4 you will be fine. I played skyrim at med fine with the 6570 to give you an idea of how well it would do. Most people would really recommend getting something like the 250x or 260x if you really can since its alot better, but if you dont want to spend much money or dont expect to play demanding games, this card will work fine.

So, it's 4 in the morning over here, so my grammar and typing might be off, but here's what I got:

Graphics card - $57.99

There is a $10 rebate going on so you can get it for $47.99

Although this is a low-end graphics card, you can crossfire this with the APU to get better performance.

Annnnnnnd a case - $31

The total cost is $415...

Edit: after looking at u/Wings0fLiberty 's post, the power supply ( I decided on a similar one) could be found for $26.99 on newegg, and a case for $24.99.

With these changes, the build would be withing budget.

Thanks so much for helping me out! I only have one concern about the 960.. Will it fit in my case . I currently have this VC: http://www.amazon.ca/Gigabyte-Radeon-GDDR3-2GB-GV-R724OC-2GI-REV2-0/dp/B00JRSPXMQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1452485548&sr=1-1&keywords=AMD+RADEON+R7+240

Do ya think you can help me out and give me an estimate on if it would fit or not? If not that's cool!

To support more monitor, adding low end video card would be cheaper, much easier, and gain some performance even in none gaming tasks.

e.g. a card like this let you connect 3 monitors.

For a new card probably this R7 240 would be your best bet. Has no extra power connections, will draw power from the PCIe slot.

u/torniz · 1 pointr/CitiesSkylines

I'm running it on this, with this mother board and this video card.

It's not the greatest, but it runs Cities Skyline pretty well.

u/956832 · 1 pointr/runescape

Since you primarily want something cheap, how about these?

u/inferno350z · 1 pointr/buildapc

That is old damn. It would not be an improvement lol. Might be a cheap card you can pick in the meantime. I found this if it's worth it to you for $50 used
