You're missing the power supply unit and you have a smaller case so you need a smaller Mobo as well. Mini-ITX is the form factor of the motherboard needed for this size case.
Unfortunately this form factor has limited options for third gen Ryzen CPUs, I'd recommend this board if it's available.
