Buy the original DJI Phantom (that doesn't include a camera), and buy a GoPro Hero 3: White Edition. This will run you only ~$680, and gets you full 1080p HD video. If you need the FPV (live video streaming from the Phantom 2 Vision+), then you'll have to spend more than $700. In my opinion, the FPV is not a necessity for the $200+ reduction in price.
Edit: the Banggood link says the Phantom is currently $889 now. I would get it. Like now.
I think my black was only 250 or something (it was clearance to make way for the + models), but I thought the entry level gopros these days (same basic functionality) were pretty cheap:

edit: that keychain camera sounds fun :) but considering how infrequently I use my gopros.....
i use the Hero3 Black Edition, There are three Levels of the Hero3.. Black,White And Silver .. i'd recommend the GoPro SuctionCup Mount... Have fun with your gopro and hope you get awesome Videos/Photos !

Actually the Hero3 White edition is $199.99 on Amazon, I've wanted a gopro for a long time, specially since you can use it in your car too.
