Regarding the relocates the Grimmspeed one is the best.
It blows the Perrin one out of the water in regards to adjustability. Perrin can only slightly adjust vertically where as the GS has a ton of vertical+horizontal.
I know because I own both.
You can also get what's called a license plate delete to hide them.... I'm from a state that requires front tags and the dealer already put them on. I bought the grimmspeed relocation kit to move the plate (link below).

And here is the relocation plate kit i used. It's a tight fit on a 2018, but doesn't actually rub or touch the car, and has held strong through multiple trips and machine car washes (i know, i know, supposed to hand wash only Haha)

I used the GrimSpeed plate relocation kit. It does stick out about 1.5" from the bumper, but you can adjust the angle of the plate.
