Does your AIO have an output port? like hdmi out? I have a computer that i do not plug into a monitor that I use for my gamestream. They have these hdmi dongles you can plug into the port, and it thinks there is a monitor on the other side even though there is not. HERE
I had the same issue with my vega too. Altough it didn't stop completely, it slow downed a lot. What I used was something called a hdmi dummy plug (same thing as buying a monitor, but much cheaper). here's a link to that

I got a cheap used PC for $400 on Facebook marketplace but you can also check offer up. Only use it for Vr, so no monitor and use a HDMI dummy to run it as a headless ghost:

When I need to do something without the headset, I use Splashtop to connect remotely from my laptop or a wireless keyboard. Has worked out nicely because I can keep the tower tucked out of the way.
