I use hermesetas liquid. It's handy for me because I usually have half a teaspoon of sugar in tea, and didn't want extra carbs from a powdered sweetener, so 4 or 5 drops of this is perfect. I don't drink tea much now though because I don't like it black and don't like it with cream.

You can do it! Some day very soon, you'll realise you honestly can't tell the difference. And you'll try a cup with 2 sugars and recoil because it's just far too sweet for you. You'll get there.

Have you tried replacing the sugar with sweetener? I think the sweetener tablets and powder taste terrible (it's the filler), but this liquid sweetener helped me cut sugar from drinks entirely. :)
