It's not much cheaper than a charging grip, but there's this
My "official" Hori Joy Con charging station, like this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MZAUN5E always has my joycons docked on it. The thing is that the lights stay on for ages or seem to come on at random.
Last night I put four almost fully charged JCs on it and it was still lit up in the morning. Anyone else noticed super long charging times or unrepresentative leds?
Edit: Is it possibly because it charges incredibly slowly when the Switch is in sleep mode?

Is there a charging stand that fits 4 joy-cons with PDP Joy-Con Armor Guards attached? Based on what I'm seeing in photos, the HORI stand looks like it has a bit more space than the PowerA stand. I also found a stand with a different design made by GameWill (never heard of it) but the low number of reviews isn't promising.
The licensed HORI one, do you mean? I did end up ordering the NES controllers and browsed some of the charger options, but hadn't chosen anything yet. Especially with the NES controllers having a different shape and being longer than Joy-Cons, I bet there are some they won't even fit in. At a glance it looks like the HORI one will probably work, though.

This is not great. I find the edges of it are always peeling back especially along the bottom. However installation was easy.

I have not used it yet so I cannot comment on its effectiveness.

It was supposed to be released on April 12th according to Amazon and it still hasn't shipped and Amazon doesn't have any accurate information as to when they will receive stock.
I'm pretty sure that's it so far.
