If you're not in a giant hurry, I guess you could wait until Black Friday? I wouldn't expect much more of a discount over prices now though. We're back to normal 2016 memory prices.

Ipicked the wrong memory stick. I chose the Hyperx 2x4gb actually: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013H7QBTG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

> My Parts: Case: MasterBox Q300L CPU: i3-8300 RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) I tried using one stick and the same thing happnened MOBO: Gigabyte B360M DS3H

is what you said. Apparently I'm saying that the Ripjaws V Series is not compatible with your motherboard then.

> Looks like your RAM is indeed incompatible.

You read that wrong lol.

> You have to get another model of RAM such as this Corsair Vengeance 2666MHz RAM.

What I mean is that you need to switch RAM modules. You can get the Corsair Vengeance 2666MHz RAM and test it to see if it works with your motherboard. If not, return it and try other the models in the QVL list such as this RAM by HyperX.

Though the two models have different memory chips: Samsung die and Hypnix die. Ryzen CPUs offer best performance with Samsung-die RAM. I rechecked the QVL again and found that the Corsair RAM is the only one with Samsung Die.

Wait, i'm retarded.Go for the 16 gigs with your existing 16 gigs, make sure to get the same model.

Here's the serial code of the RAM just to be sure: http://imgur.com/NbrxUMv

so today i went to actual gigabyte manfact. to have motherboard flash latest bios, f22 check. as for the build i have all the corresponding parts cpu, mobo, case, psu, hdd. all i need is ram now also i have older periphals so thats taken care of. My case is rosewill tyrfing, power supply is 450b3evga i also did consider getting an ssd but my budget either consist of saving up for actual dedicated graphics card, or add additional ram 8gb making it total of 16, or possible ssd as well just waiting for ram to come in so i can boot pc run test see if ill need the additional mem or if i can splurge on new gpu to pair with ryzen2200g cpu or the ssd for increase in operating functions. my total budget is around 600$ for build still got about 150ish to full around with. if u could send a link with compatible ram list for the ga ab350m would be much appreciated. the one im looking at currently is a hyperfuryx 2666ddr4 link:https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Technology-HyperX-PC4-21300-HX426C15FBK2/dp/B013H7QBTG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1519208623&sr=8-1&keywords=hx426c15fbk2%2F8

There’s no way this is going to run 1080p 80FPS max but it’s the best you can do with your minimum requirements and budget.
