15 watts I believe is pretty common: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=15+watts+horn

65 watts (overkill unless you're running a siren driver): http://www.amazon.com/Pyle-PHSP5-8-Inch-Outdoor-Speaker/dp/B002UL0WH8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1459158631&sr=8-1&keywords=65+watts+horn

Both of these do no require external power besides the power from what its already connected to.

As far as I know those are pretty standard.

Quick question if you're reading! How loud is that speaker? Can it really be heard over the engine?

Two weeks ago, I did a similar set-up on my Mario Kart, following Bob's video. The speaker in Bob's video was sold out, so I bought something I thought would be similar. I can't get the "car horn" level of dB, and I'm not sure if my speaker is the problem.

I'm running the same FXs chip and a 200W amp over 20 gauge speaker cable into this speaker--not sure where my problem lies.
