I'm not sure if it's possible, but it would likely be a lot less trouble to purchase a SD card reader. There are a ton that can be purchased for under $5.

You can actually buy an adapter on amazon that plugs into a usb but also has an end for the sd card. I have one.

your other devices probably don't have a straight up USB (not micro) port either. In any case, you can just buy something like this:

Also if you have a couple dollars to spare I just searched on Amazon for an SD Card Reader for less than $3. Being able to check your own boxes is pretty handy!
They have little SD card adapters that plug in to the USB port. They're pretty cheap. I use this one.
