I use the kelty grand mesa 2 with my husband when we backpack. Its about 4 lbs and fits the two of us comfortably with gear. Has good ventilation and a great rainfly. Its about $140 on Amazon right now.
been using this tent for years @ 99$USD kelty grand mesa 2
you don't have to spend 200 dollars on an okay 2 person tent. sure, there are 400 dollar 2 person tents but that's like comparing an old beetle to a new Ferrari.
this one is 99$ and so far has lasted me 2 seasons (and weighs 4 pounds)
probably can't find it in japan though.

Like /u/muddledremarks says, the Eureka Spitfire might be a good choice. For a quality tent, you are going to have to go at least a little bit over $100 USD. I don't know what that means for you in Australia. I'd recommend the Kelty Grand Mesa ($112.62 USD) if you're willing to be a little cramped. It has enough room for gear in the vestibule if you stack the packs. The door at the head of the tent is a good choice for two guys who might be getting up to pee in the middle of the night. It's also one of the lightest tent options in this price range.
Any tent with two openings and two vestibules in your price range will be too heavy and of questionable quality. But if you're willing to sacrifice some comfort, you can find something that will work adequately.
Eureka tents are also a good choice. Don't buy a tent that weighs more than 5 lbs if you can help it.
