Can you guys look this over and make sure I have something worth buying? I have about $1000 to spend on a 2.1 setup for a computer desktop setup.

Also would I need to buy the speaker wires to set these up or do they come with wire?

I've already bought the matching [sub] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MH42BBI/), it gets here between Feb. 8 and 13. The matching center and rears I'm going to purchase in a few months to spread out the cost.

So I'm hoping when I get the sub I'll find out that there is nothing wrong the front speaker. I'm thinking at the moment whether I put them as large or small, it's feeding the low end to them and killing them.

I can return the front speakers till March 2nd, so I'll be able to see if the sub fixes it by then. I just figured I'd come on here to see if my suspension were correct.

Hey-o,

I've got a setup question:
Will a pro-ject debut Carbon connect to Klipsch R-15PM speakers a Klipsch Reference subwoofer with the pro-ject phono preamp

Any advice is appreciated for speakers to go with this turntable! Thanks!

klipsch floorstanding speakers on either side of the credenza (cabinet) I got a nice Yamaha center channel on the top center shelf, and this sub all the way to the left in my shelf!

Edit: they blend in really well so that’s the best thing you could’ve said

Good call. I forgot to include the sub. I was looking at a variety of things so never pulled the trigger on one.

Yes.

You might be able to get a good deal on the R-10SW. Seems to get discounted more often. For example, https://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-Reference-R-10SW-Powered-Subwoofer/dp/B00MH42BBI/ No reason not to get the bigger sub. for the same money. Will have deeper bass extension.

Totals to around $1300. You could probably get lesser speakers for the rears, as they aren't as important. Could also try to get a better sub, as you have an extra $200 left if you have a $1500 budget. The receiver supports both Dolby Atmos and DTS X, but if you want Atmos you'll need to buy either in ceiling speakers or the ELAC upfiring A4 speaker.
