Size 2 pills can hold 150-200 mg with ease and are perfect size to swallow. Just put the capsule between your thumb and index finger, load your scoop, dump into the capsule. You can make your finger sort of funnel the side of the scoop, as to not spill any powder. It gives you an appreciation for dealers who sell capped pills. It's a huge pain in the ass to do 50-250+capsules.
