You should replace the LCD too. The digitizer glass and LCD come as one unit from the factory and have mineral oil sealed in-between. If you try to just replace one or the other, it's probably going too look bad, i.e. a bubble or dust particle gets in..

You'll also need some sort of adhesive, which is up to you. Some buy tape, some buy glue, I just used a hot glue gun and a razor blade to remove the excess. Do not use superglue, the solvent vapors will crawl along the glass clouding it. Search amazon for phone screen adhesive and pick something.
