I would say epoxy would be a good choice, something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Loctite-1363118-0-85-Ounce-Plastic-Syringe/dp/B0044FBB8C
Or if there is a plastic clip or anything on the inside that would allow you to screw the two pieces together I would do that.
Never had to repair a pop, but I've done a lot of work with vinyl and similar materials in the past. Sand off the old glue and use a good two-part plastic epoxy. As others have said, it's the ISP's responsibility to fix. That being said, if you're trying to repair plastic in your home you want to use a plastic epoxy or some similar adhesive designed with bonding plastic together. Kids break a plastic toy? This'll patch it back together. Got one of those plastic Adirondack chairs that's cracking? This'll patch it back together.
Dassabesso.
Going to order my dope ass new front panel and some other cool stuff from your shapeways link here in a couple days. You have any opinions on which glue to use on an acrylic panel for the magnets? I've been reading good things about this stuff.

Loctite Plastic Epoxy Bonder
Haven't used it. Google says it works well with TPU.
Use plastic epoxy. This stuff works great.
Any adhesive using methyl methacrylate (MMA) will work.

Loctite Plastic Bonder. It MUST SAY "Plastic Bonder" This stuff. Another link The loctite plastic epoxy without the word bonder on it doesn't work on the same materials. It inconveniently comes in the same color packaging.
I'm pretty sure there are others available but I don't know their names. If you look at the packaging and it says methyl methacrylate you should be good to go.
