The Logitech g213 also was a consideration, even though there are only reburbs/used on Amazon. It's wired, but has media keys and has good reviews and is cheap. Any thoughts on this one?

It's so practical to just lay back on the couch and use this tiny thing to navigate Netflix and Co! I have the Logitech G213 on my wishlist tho.

i have been using Logitech Prodigy G213 RGB Gaming Keyboard for 2 years now its a Logitech membrane keyboard, build quality is really good and rgb backlghting is also good you can also do so much with Logitech software if u want a good keyboard that will last a while go for it. ps its also on sale

u/zakabog · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

Ah, maybe just start off with a really cheap Amazon Basics keyboard until you have a better idea of what you want for a desktop keyboard, or it looks like the Logitech G213 is the cheapest backlit Logitech keyboard on Amazon. Though the hybrid membrane switches are going to be a bit louder than a typical Logitech membrane keyboard.

One of the most comfortable keyboards I've used is the simple Logitech K120 that was a desperate purchase at my local staples when my previous keyboard died. I have pretty tiny hands and find that the height of the keys and how close they are together make it easy for me to reach all of my keybinds in games. I've tried my boyfriend's larger Black Widow and it honestly is a jumbled mess when I try to use it.

The only issue with my keyboard is that it's not backlit, which is incredibly annoying when playing in the dark and trying to type to others in-game.

After being burned by buying a cheap similar backlit keyboard from China that was DOA, I've decided to pony up a bit extra for something with a good brand and warranty to go along with my new build.

During the memorial day sales, I had my eyes on the Logitech G213, but I fear that those keys may still be a bit too high for me.

I'm also looking at the Razer Ornata which seems like it would be perfect, if not for the shame of not having a USB passthrough or side macro buttons at that price point.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good mid-profile RGB keyboard? Note that I don't want flat keys that you would find on a laptop.

These were really helpful suggestions - they led me to this Logitech keyboard which should be perfect.

Price: 3890

Edit: Didn't see the description, It's RGB, So Don't mind it. I'll still leave the comment up if someone wants to buy an RGB one.

I'm thinking about getting a mechanical keyboard but don't have the money because I'm 12 and not spoiled like some other 12 year olds are. I was hoping that here will have some good inexpensive keyboards, and some reviews of some that I've been thinking about. The
SteelSeries Apex the CM Storm Quickfire Rapid (Need some opinions on switches for rapid tapping of a single key, if you know osu!) and the Logitech G213 . Any help welcome.
