The mounts that hold the camera to the phone have a 1/4-20 hole below. I haven't seen any with gopro flanges. You'll have to use an adapter.
Would this one work? You may already have the parts to build it yourself. You could also build one around a dual gopro mount or a plate like the one included inthis kit.

This other one has lots of 1/4-20 threads where you could screw on a gopro adapter.
