A lot of people who have been playing for ages loved that mouse. If you go through some lan pics of desks its semi common to see pkayers and casters with it.
Microsoft actually made/makes an optical mouse thats pretty good.

Im sure those who know mice better then i do could find a flaw, but as a cheap entry level/backup mouse it was solid and every bit as good as my FK1 in my experience.
Could you please link me to that Amazon page? The only one I found is this one which appears to redirect me to other resellers who sell used WMOs (sorry if that's wrong, I never used Amazon before).
Genuine WMOs usually don't differ much in price from fake ones, so 25 euros is absolutely possible.
You can use this chart to compare real and fake ones. I know the translation is horrible but images speak for themselves.
I'm actually writing a whole article about WMO as we speak! I'll be sure to cover exactly where to buy ones. For now, I'd look for an eBay reseller 'dacheng'. He's a cool guy from Hong Kong, and has been selling legit Microsoft gaming peripherals for some time now. Real cheap too! I'm not exactly sure if he's still there on eBay right now, but he pops up from time to time. I can wholeheartedly recommend him!
get a wmo for 15$ with no accel.

My WMO 1.1a begs to differ (the X3 has the same sensor as the Habu).

Pretty sure this is my mouse: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00025O7FC/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_x_06Ygzb2NKGEJC
Most agreeable was the Logitech MX518 (no longer manufactured). The new version of that mouse is the Logitech G400
My personal favorite? This cheap Microsoft optical mouse. Wish I could explain why, but it just works for me.
I'm still using one of these classics -- 400 DPI, 12.5 sensitivity. Great for DMR and Northstar snapshots.
