Have you ever played Qwirkle? /u/misslistlesss suggested it and it's a lot of fun.
Most of our board game collection is based around what my wife and I play with our daughter. However, when my in-laws come into town we do find that some specific games work better than others with them.
Oddly, in our case, Sushi Go didn't work well. I think the drafting game play made sense, but we couldn't get them past the theme (such as it is).
Qwirkle (Qwirkle Board Game https://www.amazon.com/dp/1933054395/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_KRUCyb4N21X7Y) is a fun color/shape matching game (plays kinda like scrabble). Wife and I play with the two girls we watch (11 and 8) and they love it. The 8yr old suffers from really bad ADD and can focus on this game without us needing to recall her attention.

Quirkle has roots in Scrabble and Sequence. Is both easy and engaging for all ages, and has a surprising amount of depth and strategy.
Sushi Go is a card game where you collect points, but you pass your hand to the next player. Fun for all ages.
