Meets all your requirements except weight (because under 3k and under 30lbs is hard to do).
I have the 2015 Teocali Expert. Just got it last week and transfered over parts to convert to 1x, carbon accessories, wider bars, shorter stem, favorite saddle, etc., and it rides like a dream. Super plush compared to my HT+ and goes like a damn freight train without trying. Weighs just a hair over 30lbs with my parts and tubeless and still climbs surprisingly well. Not nearly as much peddle bob as I was anticipating.
I know the mongoose name gets hissed at here and, well, everywhere but if you actually give them a chance they make really good bikes and sells them direct online. Not the walgoose you think of. Check out some of Chris Akriggs. He puts them through hell as do the whole mongoose team.
