What are you currently using for LCR/surround?

Why not just mount some small bookshelf/satellite speakers to the ceiling? I'm using def tech promonitor 800's that I have mounted to the ceiling using these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CSA2Y18/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've seen folks use Cambridge Minx speakers as well, mounted to the ceiling.

As an aside, I would stay away from those Pyle speakers, even as atmos speakers.

You'd want a new center over a new L/R, or both. The L/R are only for the score/soundtrack and effects, the center handles 99% of all dialogue.

Also, that sub isn't great, an entry level sub like the BIC F12 ($190) would be better. I'd probably take a single F12 over dual of those.

I would actually suggest this ebay listing. I own those Middy's and the Level Three bookshelves HTD is known for (older gen though, so a soft dome and no waveguide), and without really trying to analyze the sound, I can't tell the difference between them when I used them as my fronts (even used one as the right and the Level Three as the left), they are amazing sounding for their price (really surprises me how well the sounded). The subwoofer with the listing is decent, should hit 30Hz, which is better than your current sub. The best part about the Middy's is they can be angled vertically and horizontally. All you need are mounting brackets (with the two screws being shy of 2.5" apart), the ones mine have are really good (they are the HTD ones, but out of production), best I could find are these (they should fit, but only come in pairs, so you'd have one extra).

I can't think of any speakers in your range that are meant to be wall/ceiling mounted, besides the Polk OWM series and the Kanto BEN's. There are the HSU coaxial speakers, but those are out of your budget and would be too heavy to mount (doesn't even have a mounting holes, so would need a clamping bracket).

You could try a speaker mount like this, this or this. I wouldn't recommend drilling into the device to mount to it but it should be light enough that you could 2 sided tape it to the mount.
