Mountain House if you can boil water on a camp stove or electric kettle.

I keep some mountain house on my boat for when trips turn into unexpected overnights and they get the job done very well. The beef stew, stroganoff, and the chicken and rice are all pretty dang good and will give you plenty calories to burn cycling.
