I’m amazed at the number of people on here willing to pay $200 for a controller!

Also surprised nobody has mentioned the Nacon Revolution Pro controller.

Yes, it’s wired. The sticks are situated more like the Xbox One (which someone had asked about). There are adjustable weights you can put into the hand grips to give it the right feel for you.

I personally can not justify $200 for a controller. So this, for me, is a good happy medium.

I have these two:

  • Hori Onyx - Wireless, but the triggers have a rather short distance to go, so, not perfect for racing games. The onyx has a built in battery like the DS4, so you'll also have to play it wired, when it's empty.
  • Nacon Revolution - Wired, but triggers are a bit better for racing games, but I don't like that they're diagonal. It also has some back buttons like Microsofts Elite Controller, if you liked that.

    I can't recommend both a 100%, but they're both better than the DS4. So just buy the one you like better.

Apparently a PS4 controller similar to the Elite exists. The Nacon Revolution Pro 2 (you can probably find it somewhere else cheaper). It has the paddles on the back and almost every button is customizable. Only downside is it’s not wireless.
