Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is a whole game based on the Captain Toad levels! It's a little shorter than SM3DW but still fun and cute.
Pikmin 3 seems plenty available. Worst case, don't forget you can buy digitally.
That's shitty. They pre-order everything else. Maybe they haven't nailed down a price?
Amazon Canada sells them for $29.99 each. EB Games (Gamestop) is asking $64.99.
