I know there are a few people here who think Noctua fans are all lies or something, but I've found them to be astonishingly reliable and incredibly quiet. The NF-P12 series (3pin or PWM) are excellent options for most people.

I have been using the CS380B for about 1.5 years now, and have been very happy with it.
That said, I replaced the fans with 3x Noctua NF-P12 fans to keep my HDDs cool and keep the server moderately quiet.

Fan controller isn't really worth it in a Prodigy, but if you really want one, their own Bitfenix Recon is pretty nice.
Blu-ray drive? People still buy hard copies of movies?

The non-PWM version is a bit cheaper. I normally find they're quiet enough at full speed that I don't need the PWM control (using an NH-D14).
NCIX also has great prices on Noctuas, but their shipping kills most deals for US residents. If you're spending >$100 I think you get free shipping, but otherwise it's not worth it.
Thanks! I wasn't expecting it to be super cheap, but I did want a recommendation for horizontal fans, as I will need 3 of them.

I can, though they don't appear to be PWM controlled. They're also more expensive than the closest Noctua ($23 vs $18).

these are know to be one of the quiest around and is a lot cheaper then water cooling that can break and destroy you system i say, then again, i am someone that is against any kind of fancy extra,
