I don't have a pattern, I just freehanded it =( There's a bunch of patterns on Ravelry though! I did the hat using one strand of sparkly pink yarn and one strand of grey. The spikes were done using two strands of white, and they're reinforced with plastic mesh to ensure they stick up well.
