This is what the back of them will look like. You will need speaker cable to plug this into an amp. You can unscrew the metal mounts on the back and clamp down the bare wire, or you can buy banana plugs for the ends of your wire, which allow you to more easily unplug and plug in the cables. I'm not sure what the connectors on your subwoofer are, but, if the subwoofer came paired with your current speakers, it's likely that you won't be able to connect these speakers to the sub (easily, at least).

I purchased these from amazon. 12 pair for $20 isn't very expensive and no issues at all.

I tried finding the fuse but I was unable, can anyone post a link to where you got yours. Finally, I was wondering if has anyone experimented with HD-TDCS

Oh yeah.. Forgot to answer that part...

I got a set of these banana plugs and other than having to remove the colored ring to get a really tight seat (design flaw and reason so cheap) they are perfect.

I figured it wouldn't, just thought it was worth a shot asking.

For that rocketfish one, how can I tell how big the holes are?

I bought these https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B003BKW2K2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but they're too big for the speakers I have.

Not a huge banana plug fan, but if I would buy some. These would probably be my go to

Bare-ended speaker wire will work if you unscrew those terminals and tighten them down on the wire. If you want a cleaner solution, that type of terminal also accepts a banana plug that you can put on the ends of your speaker wire for quicker connect\disconnect.

An example of banana plug connectors:

The banana plugs one is the nicest, and it has 8 speaker wires outs, which is what you would need if doing the 14x4.

If you buy the banana plug plate, you can also use banana plug connectors instead of bare wires for them if you want.

Even if you don't buy banana plugs for that or for the speakers (fronts only, as they probably won't fit with wall mounted surrounds), at least use them on the receiver, as it's a pain in the ass to thread so much speaker wire into the receiver. I buy open-screw banana's and wire them perpendicular, example. I have banana's on all ports on my receiver, and on all 3 of my front speakers, the original owner of my home just ran wire to the surrounds, so no bananas to deal with that.

If you go all out on banana plus (excluding connecting the surrounds.), that would be 24 pairs you would need I believe (5 pairs on receiver, 3 pairs for the fronts, 8 pairs for the input wall plate (both sides), and 8 pairs for the output wall plate), so two orders of these.
