Water as normal with plain water, not every day.
It likely won't happen to you at this point, but over watering every day can cause low oxygen levels in your root zone in soil (and hydro if not pumping air in to the hydro solution and also at higher temperatures in hydro). This can cause a pythium out break causing root rot which can kill a plant in a matter of days.
Hope you have a happy harvest! Get some ONA if you have odor concerns (most grow shops will have some). Harvests can be very stinky and ONA by a fan will kill any odor.
