Sounds like you’ve got a pc headset, the below adapter should convert it, but wether it works on the xbox or not would still depend on the headset wiring.

Do you know if the audio jack on the vive is a 4 pole connector so it could carry a microphone signal aswell? Is it possible to use something like this

If the computer has a combination microphone / headphone port then you need to purchase a Combo Audio Adapter.

For me this just worked fine:

In the green input you must connect your Headset with original cable.

In PS4-devices setting you must set the audio options from 'Chat audio' to 'Full audio'.

So you can not use the integrated microphones form Bose QC35, but İ think this is a cheap workaround.

For bluetooth use I just gonna try an Optical out bluetooth adapter or something like that. Stay tuned.

I bought one of these so I could use my PC headset with my PS4. It's great having that positional audio for Bloodborne so much clearer than through my TV, and I can crank it up when I want without worrying about disturbing my neighbours.

Could you link that Sennheiser audio adapter which combines the headphone's and the microphone's cable into one 3,5mm port?

Is this the same thing?
