use that link. Amazon does not automatically show up first since they are Back-Ordered.

Also, hit refresh as suggested. Sometimes even on that page they do not show up first.

Try using this link and using one-click. Just worked for me, but I couldn't have done it from the main page.

R u doing it on a computer or a phone? I use chrome on my laptop. I search the person I want. For example this is the pit page.

Make sure you're logged in and your 1 click is right then when some one post or just randomly check and when it's available you got to hit that 1 click button fast. Sometimes it will go out of stock but keep refreshing for a min or 2 and see if it comes back on. Does that help?

Here's how I have my options set up:

  • Monitor the actual product page for an item (found by searching, not clicking an "Edition" on another amiibo's page)
  • Check Interval: 5 seconds
  • Custom Mode: Selector (I pick just the price or the "Available from these sellers" text)
  • Desktop Notifications: enabled

When I get a notification, I just go to the page and see if it's different from when I added it (or, you know, if it's a good price like MSRP). I don't diff it or view changes. I only check when I get a notification.

> When you corner the market by buying up all the stock in your area, you're manipulating availability to capitalize on demand.

The thing is, anyone is able to do this. Most of the rare amiibo I've acquired I've gotten from just watching online retailers or by keeping an eye on stock trackers and heading over when they're in stock.

Plus, this is significant less relevant than 10-20 years ago, where I would be more inclined to agree with you. Now anyone with a bit of persistence can just sit at home and buy them. Since nearly every online retailer has limited orders to 2-3 of any given amiibo, this levels the playing field significantly.

Anyway, Pit just came in stock on Amazon. Buy one:

See, not so hard.
