I have this hutch and I love it. Its attractive and makes me feel better because it provides my bun a place to hide, hides the litter box, bigger then a xpen, and its secure enough to hold against my parent's dogs. Its not as pretty as yours, but its bigger. Don't listen to the description, mine would only handle two small rabbits tops. No way yours can handle 4. It'd be fine for a holland lop, but if you're thinking about getting a second bun you will have to upgrade. I'd look at getting a bigger one.
edit: You can actually see my review on there. If you try and clean the bottom it will need two people to lift it to get to it. I wouldnt put a litter box or hay on the bottom due to that
