Is the 12V Ripcord current output higher than the 9V version? There is no specs for it that I can see on the website but the 9V version only outputs 1A, and the A4 power supply is rated at 2.5A (2A for the mkII). Other boxes from then have 3A power supplies as well, which may cause issues. It's possible Elektron overspecs them quite a bit though.
Otherwise that's very neat, seems less bulky than the 27000 mAh one I bought with a North American AC socket.. A 2.5 hour Digitone in-flight session barely made a dent on its charge, so I'm quite happy with it.
Yeah - very cool idea, though again hard to justify financially next to a battery pack (or a bigger one)

The Raspbi? I power mine from a cigar lighter USB adapter (2.5A max out).
It worked sporadically on an el-cheapo one (1A), but when everything powers up at the same time (GPS, Soundcard, and Wifi adapter) it would lock up.

While also charging it from the car, so I can leave it running when the car is off.
If at home, running the pi from a 2.5A wall plug works.
Well, if the battery is ~4300 mAh and lasts 3 hours for BotW, I should be able to play ~12 hours with my portable power bank. Sweet
