The little computer on the bottom right is an old eMachines computer I have turned into a home server. Finally, Hooked up to my 32in Insignia TV is a Sony PS4 all sitting on top of a Glass L desk (similar to this one.I cant find the original model)

Looks like Amazon usually has it for $100-110, you might be thinking of the BlackWidow Chroma.

About G2A, please, check this and this report about G2A Shield.

For $100, you can get this MK or this. I don't have much experiences on mouses though, but maybe, check here.

Is this a good price for that? I just picked one up on amazon for $99 the other day...then it jumped back up I guess.

Edit: The ultimate stealth version just went on sale on amazon for $99.

There's a Blackwidow backlit edition with only green LEDs, doesn't have the full RGB spectrum but if it's only green you want it would be cheaper. (Done shamelessly talking up the blackwidow, bye)

Ok so I just built my first gaming PC and I'm looking to replace my 4 year old $35 Saitek keyboard. Budget this time will be around $100 unless it's amazeballs and perfect for me, then maybe another $50. I live in the USA and there aren't many stores that carry mechanicals that I can try. The only ones I've found in stores are the Logitech G910 Orion Spark, which I liked the look and features of but the keys felt like any other keyboard, a TT eSports Poseidon Z that was alright, but I want a wrist rest and red or white lights (my computer is a red/black theme with red LEDs), and a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate that was my favorite for feel, but I've heard bad things about their keyboards and would go for the chroma if I took it. I've also been looking at the Cougar k700 because I like it's styling, the extra raised wrist rest, and few extra macro keys.

Before this computer I had been mostly using laptops as my computers, so I'm used to my wrists being about level with the keys and want a wrist rest (but I could always buy a separate one). I would like clear feedback that my keypress has been registered, but an audible click isn't really necessary.

I'm open to the idea of going to a tenkeyless, but it's not necessary.

TL;DR - Want a keyboard for gaming that will go with my PC's red/black/white theme. Limited switch samples, liked the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate the best. Wrist rest is favored. Newegg is favored ($20 gift card). Open to TK. Budget around $100 USD. Will buy in USA.

My personal plan when I replace my mouse and keyboard is the Razer Deathadder 2013 and Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2014. I picked the latter on recommendations from several folks, both personally and in /r/mechanicalkeyboards, and the former because I currently use a Deathadder mouse that's been with me since 2009 and is just now starting to have an issue with one of the side buttons. Combined with regular shipping should still be well shy of your $200 budget limit.

> But they switched other to cheaper chinese knock-off switches , and their price haven't reduced . It shows you how great of a company it is

... But they are cheaper now.

u/Frozen4Ever · 2 pointsr/razer

It is most likely sent back with an error and then fixed by razor. assuming your from the US , the razer blackwidow only costs 87$USD brand new. a much better alternative to a refurbished keyboard

I got a razer black widow ultimate 2013, which has the matte black finish (instead of glossy which attracts fingerprints), green backlighting, and authentic cherry mx Blues (razers newer boards use knockoff switches called kailh). Looking to get $79 shipped. I'll send actual pics on request.

Just went up from $67 after I bought one for my brother:

Amazon warehouse deals are sick. Packaging is damaged but who really cares?

EDIT: Just realized you asked for compact - however feel free to look up more warehouse deals. You can get stuff for $20 off the regular price pretty often with no damage to the actual product.

CM Storm has a backlit mech with volume controls as FN keys under $100.

Steelseries 6gv2 no backlight, but has volume control with FN keys and is mechanical. Beware, the key caps are known to fit loosely and come off easily.

There are some Razer Black Widow mechs in that price area.

Razor BlackWidow Ultimate 2014

It's survived a bunch of LAN parties and the cat puking on it when she was mad it got more attention than her, so I'd say it's pretty durable. Clicky switches feel nice too.

Would this or this be a better buy?

u/goldswimmerb · 1 pointr/buildapc

This and This while theyre older, and one's refurbished, they may meet your specifications.

Some people also have an objection to razer, I know the K40, which is a much cheaper board also has a normal key. Mist decent keyboards from big name manufacturers will have a regular enter key.

u/Farlo1 · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

Sorry for the potato quality picture, my Nexus 5 is not a fan of the bright lights on mostly black surfaces.

Finally got a decent mouse and keyboard after using a $15 wireless combo forever. Keyboard is a 2014 Razer Blackwidow Ultimate and the mouse is an Anker CG100. As the first mechanical keyboard I've ever used I must say it is simply glorious! The mouse is decent (tons of settings and fairly linear) but the biggest thing is that it's one of the few I could find that fit comfortably in my giant hands.

u/ThePhantom7 · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

I'm not sure what switch type it is, but this is what I use. I like it, no complaints. It's pretty loud, but you get that with pretty much all mechanical keyboards.

u/phaadmara · 1 pointr/buildapc

Have you thought about going wireless? If not then something like this might be an option http://www.amazon.com/Razer-BlackWidow-Ultimate-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B00IG3GPTS

u/captainjimmers91 · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

One of these I have the ultimate and it is awesome.
EDIT: The Tournament and Tournament Stealth don't have the backlights and are under 100.

u/ythl · 1 pointr/buildapc

This is the one I own and I like it.

It's a bit out of your price range though. I can't speak personally for any of these, but just sorting on amazon by price and stars, these look like they would be great:

high

medium

low

u/GTRor350z · 1 pointr/mechmarket

First off, good luck selling Razer on this forum. Secondly, I hope your currency is in CAD because you can get on on Amazon.com for around the same, albeit new

u/JBoyd83 · 1 pointr/ffxiv

Here's the keyboard I use. I has macro keys on it as well. I've just never taken the time to learn how to set them up.

Yep! It's a Razer Blackwidow

u/Retro-Squid · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

The Razer Blackwidow Ultime is my first mechanical keyboard, but my lord, it's lovely!

u/tookthebaitmate · 1 pointr/Overwatch

What price range are we talking?

If you have some money to spare, I would recommend Razer gear. It's some of the best out there.

The Razer DeathAdder costs 50$ and is probably the world's most popular gaming mouse.

The Razer BlackWidow costs 70$ and has mechanical keys. I love this because you have a noticable "click" when pressing in the keys which makes more very dynamic and precise gameplay.

In addition to this, you need a mousepad. It doesn't have to be a good/expensive brand, but make sure it's LARGE. It recently bought a huge mousepad and it is sooo nice being able to play without being scared to roll over the edge. Lower DPS improves your aim, so you may have to move around your mouse a lot from time to time. This is a gamechanger.

If you don't have 120$+ to spare on equipment, just go on Amazon and search for "gaming mouse / gaming keyboard". Most results will be very affordable and still cheap.

For example, I am currently using this gaming mouse for only 14$. It's perfectly fine in my opinion and quite nice.
