A few suggestions:
Things not to buy:
Reason being is that in these cases the performance / capacity / longevity (delete where appropriate) of parts in this price range is severely impaired compared to spending $100 ... for half the money you get way more than half the product. In almost all cases, if replacing an existing component parts bought at this price will not be a worthy upgrade unless you are upgrading the MIR space station...
There's nothing wrong with RGB, what's wrong is when something costs twice its normal price because it has a couple of 1-cent color LEDs.
Example:
Razer Deathstalker Essential - $32 with no LEDs
Razer Deathstalker Chroma- $75 with RGB LEDs that do not support per-key color setting (only three zones) so there isn't even an expensive controller chip inside.
I bet it's the same exact PCB, since making two separate ones would be wasting money, they just don't solder the less than $1 worth of LEDs onto it for the Essential version. From the cost/margin perspective, the cost difference for manufacturing the Chroma vs the Essential is likely $1-2 at most, whereas they sell it for more than double the price - over 50% margin.
Prices have absolutely nothing to do with how much it actually costs to manufacture something - they're all about how much people are willing to pay for the perceived value of something. RGB costs next to nothing but adds tons of perceived value to the product and allows manufacturers to charge much higher prices.
EDIT1: The single-color version is very close in price ($69) to the RGB version because LEDs are dirt cheap so the manufacturing cost difference is practically nil while the added perceived value is almost equal to that of the RGB LEDs.
EDIT2: Perceived value is dependent on the product in question. RGB LEDs on a graphics card do not add perceived value because the card's perceived value lies in its GPU, memory, cooling solution, and manufacturer's reputation. LEDs on a keyboard on the other hand increase the keyboard's utility (see in the dark, color-coding keys) so they seem "more worth it" in the consumer's eyes, whereas LEDs on a graphics card do not.
Not sure if you're trolling or not, but most of the people around here would recommend a mechanical keyboard (this is /r/MechanicalKeyboards after all...), instead of a membrane keyboard like the Deathstalker. If you really liked it, why not buy another one?

My only advice is this -- don't fall down the MK rabbit hole! learn from our mistake!

J/K, just look at some of the beautiful keyboards people post! none of them are like the Deathstalker, but they're pretty rad.
Exactly like the same is basically impossible
Razer DeathStalker is pretty good and it's backlit

I have had best luck with Chiclet style keyboards. This is a gaming keyboard, but they are really nice.
I think Razer sells a keyboard like that, you should check it out
EDIT: Found it, and it's actually relatively cheap!

If you plan on breaking into VR, I would say just change the 1080 to a 1080 TI especially since it's newer and is only 140 dollars more than the 1080 and is 20% faster based off the reviews I've been reading. It sounds like your really going to get into it too so the 1080 TI makes more sense in my opinion. but for the games you listed at 1080p the 1080 or 1080 TI is just going to have REALLY good performance. For keyboards I personally use a razer deathstalker, cheaper one that is 70 on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Razer-DeathStalker-Expert-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B009SJR28W. Monitors i do not know too much about. Fellow Wow player as well or used to be, I used that keyboard and was able to DPS well and slide my fingers to each key easily.
I loved the ergonomic wave design of the K350. When I needed to replace my last one I opted to go with a gaming keyboard, the Razer Deathstalker (not allowed mechanical keyboards where I'm currently living).
https://www.amazon.com/Razer-DeathStalker-Expert-Ergonomic-Programmable/dp/B009SJR28W
It doesn't have the wave design but the non mechanical, chiclet style keys are much nicer on the fingers. My fingers move across the keyboard more easily too. Privy and the quality of Razer can be up for debate but I got mine refurbished through their website 3 1/2 years ago and it's still going strong. And I probably jinxed myself.
I asked myself the same question when I first got a desktop and ended up buying this thing. Not a good decision. I recently replaced it with a mechanical keyboard and the transition was easy. There were a few days where I typed like an idiot, but that's all. And for gaming, it's only been positive. The keys don't have plastic surrounds to randomly bind on, so movement feels more consistent.
It's going on at Amazon, I found it in the IGN newsletter but here is the deal.
Ah, I gotcha, thanks! My keyboard is actually this one. I love chiclet-style keys.
It's really not bad, especially considering the price. If you're looking into moving from a traditional keyboard to a chicklet, but aren't looking to spend a whole lot of money, on what is essentially a test, I'd say go for it! If you know you like that style already, then I'd go with the Razer Deathstalker.
I purchased the Razer Deathstalker for my wife last week for around $40 on sale. I don't mind the keys, they take a little more force to press than my cherry browns, but require much less distance to activate. The unlit one is still "inexpensive" ($36) but the reviews are saying it's difficult to read the keys because the font is so light. She is in love with her Macbook Pro keyboard, so I figure this will work out well for her on her gaming PC (she hasn't tried it yet, just got it).
The Razor Deathstalker Expert is only $60, you'll spend more than that on parts to do what you want. In fact, that's what I'm typing on now! Besides, with this type of keyboard, the letters won't wear off, because they are not painted on, like cheaper keyboards. And that's why I got this keyboard in the first place: my cheap keyboard letters would wear off every 4-5 months.
This keyboard.
Been going with a stock keyboard for almost 4 years now.. plus I like the click clack
Hello, Goodbye~
Hmm, maybe that's the cause, aside from the keyboard on a laptop this is the only one I've used for years (except the occasional time I spent after a public computer or a computer of a friend).
Anyways, it is the Razer Deathstalker. I have it for about three years now I think and it still works like a charm. It also has some extra config options but I've never used them.
The Razer Deathstalker is, from what I've seen, a pretty decent chiclet keyboard. However, it is a little overpriced for your budget.
Cooler master also has the Devastator II keyboard which as always received raving reviews especially for its price and lack of mechanical switches.
To be quite honest I'm not sure of many great membrane keyboards in your price range that stick out. However, you could go a little more expensive and try and pick up a Topre board. From what I've seen on /r/MechanicalKeyboards it's almost a hybrid switch of sorts. At the end of the day though it's up to your personal preference and budget. I however would personally suggest putting a little more money in on a highly reviewed keyboard that will last me for a while.
Okay so it's

I don't think it's mechanical, but it's pretty damn close to one. I was mistaken...
This here be what you're looking for.
I specifically have this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009SJR28W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_M.lEzbPTZT8ZF
I can't speak to the RGB but I've never had an issue with this keyboard making any noise.

Get a powerline kit? Plug one into a plug socket near your PC and one near the router. Connect them up with ethernet, and you have a faster than wifi connection. Something like this (uk), or this (us). Wifi cards aren't really that great if your existing laptop one isn't very good. Avoid USB wifi dongles, they don't really work long range.
For a keyboard, get a mechanical one if you can. The Corsair Vengeance K70 is good, as well as Cooler Master or Ducky ones for a lower price. I would recommend a brown or red switch for gaming. For a cheaper keyboard, avoid Gigabyte (not very durable), but most other manufacturers are good. like this one for $54
The Zalman Z11 plus is a good cheap case, although you might want to spend a bit more on a NZXT or Corsair one. If you give more details, we can give a better suggestion.
Your options are limited, though it looks like Logitech has something that might meet your needs:
