Change it if it’s not too late. You want this one or one that specifically says “endurance”

Based on what you said in another comment - that these files are not ones that are occurring at shut down time - it's likely you have a failing SD card.
Replace it with a card designed for continuous video recording, such as a SanDisk High Endurance Video card. They aren't expensive on Amazon:
