if that needle is for sutures, you may want to get a curved needle and some hemostats, maybe wrap things up in a bandana to keep it secure and it can help keep gauze covered or work as a sling. you got a good foundation though, not sure what other modules you have in your kit, but staying light is always smart. make sure to practice things though, things are usually trickier than the few images they post in guides and know how to do it in case you lose the guide.

I have a set on needle nose pliers very similar to these, the other thing I find handy is this
If you do a search for "forceps", you filter out all the eyebrow plucking tweezers.
