Amazon should have it tomorrow - that's usually the way. You need to wait an extra day, but it's legal and can be in SD or HD.

If you have an XBox, you can purchase the season on the Zune Media Player. You can also download zune and do it through your computer. Additionally, you can also purchase from Amazon instant video.

You can either purchase it for 1.99 per episode (good if you want to purchase at your leisure) or the automatic payment which will be around 1.89 and will be charged with every new episode released on a weekly basis. You won't be able to see it on premiere night, but you will be able to catch it the next day.

As Slestak pointed out, Amazon does have it as streaming video. Unlike earlier seasons, which are included with Prime Membership, you have to pay extra for this one -- IIRC, US$ 1.99 per episode, or US$ 1.49 per episode if you subscribe to the whole season in advance.
