> I have the USB cable, yeah. no need for audio interface then, I mean, obligatory? is it just for more fidelity?

Audio doesn't come out of the USB port on the Blofeld--only the audio outs. So you'll have to get an audio interface, if you want to get audio to go to (and come out of) your computer.

If you don't care about integrating your computer at all, you can just get a decent set of monitor speakers. Plug the left audio out into the left speaker, right audio out into the right speaker. I use JBL LSR305's. I bought a used pair off Reverb for about $200 and they sound phenomenal. You could also buy one standalone, powered PA speaker for the same price as two of those monitors. I bought one of these in 2015 to use with my band and it's all I need (I used to play a Blofeld live with it, too). If you want to play with a band, or live anywhere, a powered PA speaker is probably your best bet. Looks like you can't buy that particular model new anymore, but anything similar should be good.

If you decide to use an amp of some sort, it'll color the sound of the Blofeld (depending on the EQ settings and whatnot). Monitors and PAs are best for synths because the audio isn't (usually) effected by the speaker. Also, if you want to use multiple instruments with the same speakers, you can just get a decent mixer to plug everything into, with the audio going out to whichever speaker you choose.

Yes the singer to hear himself. Obviously anyone standing nearby will also hear him as well (like the rest of the band) It looks like the right idea, 50w is pretty low. If your jam room has acoustic drums and the guitars are turned up to match the volume you might have trouble hearing yourself, but that's pretty subjective - you will have to see what works for you. Personally I like these (I use 2 of them): http://www.amazon.com/Alto-Professional-TS112A-Loudspeaker-Built-In/dp/B005FUWTJU/ but that's a different budget and is likely a little overkill. As you can see both products have a built in 2 channel mixer so if all you are running through them is one mic, you don't need another mixer, you can even run a second mic or another sound source through them as well without adding a mixer.

Very much yes. Get one speaker as good as you can afford and build it from there. One $300 speaker from a good brand will go much further than a pair of cheap ones at that price.

Maybe one like this?

They've worked really well and BUMP.

I think speakers and your set up are the most important. You are a DJ so sound is your priority. I would buy speakers first, then a good backpack/travel case and bags to help carry your gear around. I used to lug my speakers and laptop and controller around without a proper case and I highly regret it now because I banged up my controller a bit and it required me to take multiple trips from my car and back which gets annoying fast. Other than that it makes you look more professional. Some miscellaneous stuff I carry in my bag are back up cables, a power strip, a 1/8 to 1/4 adaptor for my headdphones, a pair of earbuds in case my headphones break, and a towel which has helped me many times (rain mainly)

Next I would invest in some simple lights and probably a table as well.
