I got these recently. They're the closest I've found to the taste of lemon-lime gatorade.
I also use potassium and magnesium pills.
I like squinchers
We use these at work. I can't attest to the chemistry, but the packaging makes it appealing for a bag. I have a few in mine. They are meant to mix with a 12 Oz bottle of water I think. When I'm working hard I'll have about two waters then one of these, so even if you only had a couple packets and sprinkled in just a little here and there for a bit of flavor and some lost electrolytes it might work well.
