It's my brother's board (it's him in the photo), I think its "trending" again amongst hipsters :), looks straight from the 70's. It's a Stereo Vinyl cruiser.

I've wanted one forever (skated a ton as a kid). Stereo makes cool ones, too.

Edit: Seems like Stereo's are subpar compared to Penny's.
