I would recommend: 4 x 120MM fans I chose Scythe.

Those have a nice CFM, and are relatively quiet & cheap.

Take two fans and put them in front of the bulbs (intake), and two at your exit point for exhaust.

To power the fans you'll need one of these, unless you have converted a pc power supply.

For the base (front) part of the case I would recommend a 200MM.

Just make sure you measure, and it will fit your case.

For the back part of the case you are going to need two more 120MM fans for exhaust.

But alas now we have a new problem... All of these fans are now letting a bunch of light out.

To solve the light output I would recommend you go to a fabric store, and find something that when you hold up to a light you can't see through, BUT has good airflow. These will also act as make shift filters to keep dust out. Since you have a cabinet this won't be that big of a deal, so you might be able to settle for something that offers a good mix between light output and air movement.

I tried searching, but there is a guide on icmag that explains how to make a carbon filter. It can be done, but this will take some handy improv.

Ona-Gel works BUT if someone has a nose for the herb they will still be able to pick it out. Especially starting about a week before harvest.

For your nutrient schedule I would recommend this:

You could try a power inverter.

You could use something like this and get the one for cars. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FIY08U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_ttsCybB62J24K
