I've had it for years. It's really well made, held up to a lot of use, and you can slide the ball off and clean it, which is a nice added feature.
The reason I don't recommend one like this where the silicone extends into the straps on either side is that the thin sections of silicone are a weak point that has a tendency to break.
Keep in mind that, basically, ball gags aren't very strict. They're fun and will mess with your ability to speak clearly, but they're not going to muffle a lot of noise or prevent you from being understood if you really want to be.
That said, if you want the strictest one possible, get the 2" one from Mr. S. It's expensive though; I personally can't stomach paying $60 for a ball gag when that much money will get you a much more interesting gag of another kind. If you want 2", maybe also check what's available on Etsy?

This one is really good for the cheap price, and more effective than a ball gag. Plus the cock shape could be hot if you're into humiliation at all. The only downside is the straps are kind of crappy, so I replaced them with better leather ones, and now it works great. Up to you how much of a DIY project you want.

Honestly, this is the best overall gag I've found -- definitely the best considering the price. Unlike some other inflatable gags, this one doesn't look super gaudy from the outside with a lot of extra rivets. Plus it's made of silicone, so it's strong and easy to clean, and you should be able to figure out just the right number of pumps to make it very strict without becoming painful to your jaw.

Depending on your budget, the guys at Aslan Leather make a great all-purpose ball gag.
For something cheaper (and cock-shaped), this Tantus one from Amazon is good. The strap is kind of ghetto (I removed it and added my own leather harness), but the mouthpiece is a really nice shape.
I can totally recommend a penis gag. It's great for when you get into a trance and want something to suck ;)
