Because I'm bored... The TV at 40 seconds is a TCL 40-Inch 1080p Roku Smart LED TV which weighs 22.9 lbs. Shouldn't need super strength to lift that.
I'm surprised how well priced the 1080p TVs are nowadays. 1 2
And these memory cards are really cheap compared to how much storage you can get 1 2 3
And this Xbox One 500GB Console - Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle is really cheap $200.
A lot of these deals are similar to the week of black friday.

I had good luck with this TV for the bedroom. The built in Roku is super easy to use - great for older people.

Are we sure he is talking about TCL? A lot of manufactures produce Roku TV's including LG. Although, your probably right.
I would recommend he just look at reviews and decide for himself. cnet gave the TCL set 4/5 and brought up contrast being weak - although if he could tell the difference, who knows.
to op: there are over 1000 reviews of that 40" set on amazon. just read up and see if $20 is worth
for the tradeoff in picture quality.
TCL FS3750, 40" for $270 for 48" for $320. Even though $300 is your budget, the extra $20 would be worth it for almost a 50".
There may be some cheaper televisions, but they won't have as good as a picture, won't be good for gaming, and will be pretty bad just all around.
