Use small sections of the casing from old apple ear buds for pivot cups. Take out the 4 cup washers from the bushings on the trucks and put them on the axles with cup side towards the truck, in between the wheels and the trucks. Replace the bushings with tiny o-rings and tiny washers. I got them at the hardware store.
