It was this item which I see is no longer available, unless Tontech upgraded the hardware?
I saw a similar one, no case for less than 1/2 that. I think a lot of them are the same panel.

Or check Craigslist for used monitors. HDMI to DVI adapters are cheap.

Thanks! I have an old Macintosh SE that I'm currently taking apart and am going to be turning it into a Retro Gaming Console too.
I'm definitely going to be following this post for some tips about setting the RetroPi system up. Next part is going to be mounting this screen inside the Mac and getting everything linked up.

Works very well. No touchscreen (although you can get one), but for an arcade cabinet, do you really need one?

It works with anything, but you need to buy the power separately. Pretty good deal if you ask me.
I'm told you can install Ubuntu on a raspberry Pi. All you need after that is to set up your calendar software (I generally use google calendar, so all I'd need is a browser), and a permanent monitor set on the wall. Here is one specifically for the raspberry pi.
Edit: Also, it's more expensive, but using a touchscreen instead of a normal screen may be a useful addition.
