Looks like you need transfer tape to move your cut vinyl as one piece.

After you have weeded your vinyl, apply your transfer tape on the design. Use a squeegee to press the tape on the vinyl for multiple times. Now start peeling the tape slowly, it should lift the design with it. If some parts of the design don’t come with the tape repress that part again and peel it one more time. After you have the tape picked up your design, apply it on your substrate. Press with a squeegee for multiple times then start peeling the tape slowly and in 180 degree angle. You should be able to to peel the tape alone while your vinyl is sticking on the substrate. If some letters remain attached to the tape repress that part again and peel it one more time.
