Should work with either generation PS4 camera; just remove its stand.
I made one of the mount holes large enough (with a small drill bit.. ideally you'd have the proper bit size 馃ゴ) to fit my TV's bolt. If yours is smaller screen size it may have smaller bolts.

what many people do, including myself, is mount the power strip under the desk with 3M tape then attach the power cables/usb with cable ties to these cable clips. I have two monitors so I just velcro zip tie the HDMI and DisplayPort together and run them behind my monitors through the monitor stand. Hope this helps out man.
