Just get one of those
Just use any grounded cable from an old PC tower, server, or TV (the ground wire isn't used).
You want a NEMA 5-15P (the male side that plugs into the wall) to C13 (the female end) power cord (which is very common and inexpensive).
The lower the gauge wire, the better. 14AWG or 16AWG will be fine. (Try not to use use the cheapo 18 AWG)
The un-grounded versions are less common and more expensive.
