You could use the same PDU configuration that I described above, but instead of the C14-to-C13 power cable, you would use a C20-to-C13 power cable, due to the 2200W requirement of the Inno T2Turbo's PSU.

The C13 end would go into the T2Turbo's PSU power input and the C20 end would go into one of the (12A) C19 receptacles on the Tripp Lite PDU.

I suppose that you could come straight out of a 220V/240V outlet, but I wouldn't recommend that approach.

It would obviously depend on which outlet you have available.

If you had a typical 20A NEMA 6-20R outlet, for instance, you could use a cable like this:
